Postpartum Weight Loss?

what's your take on trying supplementation for weight loss after baby. I am planning to give a chance to herbal aid?

Not worth it.  Really.  There are a few things you need to accept and consider:

    1. Weight loss is always about calories.  If you consume fewer calories than your body burns, you will lose weight.  No herbal pill can do that.

    2. Your hormones are still a little wonky after giving birth.  Getting on a healthy, calorie deficit diet can not only help with hormonal balance but will result in weight loss even if you're still not back to pre-pregnancy hormone levels.

    3. If you are breast feeding it is very important that you not take anything that isn't approved by your ob/gyn and pediatrician.

Look up online the BMR for your goal weight.  Eat that many calories a day.  Make sure you are eating super nutritious foods -- lots of vegetables, good quality protein, healthy fats.  Skip the junk food, fast food, sweets, treats, snacks, etc.  Drink plenty of water.  When cleared by your ob/gyn start exercising.

Won't work. Diet and exercise works.
