Can you make pancakes without milk in the mix?
It's my own mix, I usually use eggs, milk and flour but could I use water instead of milk thanks

Yes you can. You can use water or a sparkling water (fluffier pancakes) you could also use juice to flavor them apple juice even orange juice but that would be a strong flavor.

Well, yeah, you can. But it would be the 'Just add water and shake' variety.

Read the instructions. Some don't require milk. But if they tell you to add milk, and you don't, you will be very disappointed with the result .. in which case, make something besides pancakes until you DO have milk.
Pancakes are not very nutritious anyway. Mostly just refined carbohydrates that you add animal fat (butter) to and pour sugar (maple syrup) over. How to kill a pancreas and predispose yourself to diabetes.
