    What is an "air dispatcher"?

    No.

    Why would it?

"Compulsory parachute jumps" are only for Soldiers that have completed Airborne School and are assigned to a paid parachute position.  You must perform regular jumps in order to continue to receive your additional jump pay.

It sounds like you are referring to Aviation Operations Specialist, 15P.

Unless you are assigned to an Airborne unit, which won't happen unless you have an Option 4 contract, you won't be jumping.

    15P is NOT a Pathfinder.
