Do push-ups really make you stronger?
I've been doing push-ups everyday other day for three months and even though I have some muscle no I don't feel like I've gotten any stronger. What is wrong?

Figure a way to measure your strength. You need a baseline. For example, lift the heaviest weight you have. Then compare a few months later to see if you can lift more weight.
