Student visas are temporary NON-immigration visas issued only to qualified full-time students accepted by a university. You must prove you (& your parents) have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses + return transportation to your country of citizenship. You can ONLY remain in the country as long as you are enrolled & actually attending classes full-time. You are required to return to your own country immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies.

Countries are really cracking down on use of student visas for backdoor immigration or Scam-Migration. If you cannot prove you have job opportunities in your field of study in your own country, and ties to your country which compel you to return home promptly, you can be denied any temporary visa! And lots of countries are denying thousands of foreign students on the grounds of visa FRAUD. That's a permanent bar to entry to that country, and to all countries which share visa/immigration/criminal records info.

Go to school & GO HOME IMMEDIATELY.

    You can't.

Student visas specifically do not lead to PR or citizenship; you finish studying, and you return home.

Based on a student visa, they can't..... student visas are given so they can study and then they go home

They can not based solely upon being a student. Zero time as a student counts towards permanent residency. Marrying a German citizen or obtaining residency through long term work contract is another matter.
