How many calories do I need to build muscle and lose fat?

I’m 32 years old 

I’m 345 pounds 

I want to bodybuild and do cardio

    Go on a strict keto diet 

    No bread no rice no carbs 

    Start by restricting your diet to 3000 cala per day.  When you get to 300 lbs.  decrease your diet to 2500 calls

     per day 

    Hint—eats lots of lettuce to fill you up

    Second walk daily
