It's mostly fat.  They are quiet because all their arteries are clogged with chicken fat.  Give it to the cat.

Not all the nutrients per se but yes, it is fat, collagen, gelatin, water, all kinda of vitamins and minerals are in there. If you're ever starving in the woods, never roast meat, stew it because all that fat ie calories drip away. The fat drippings are what you make gravy out of that they pour on their food themselves at thanksgiving and the au jus they dip their ruben in. Basting is the only way to make chicken, which is what you said you do, pour it's own fat over it while cooking and just before serving. One last qualifying fact, the full fat paradox showed people who don't eat much fat get fat because they than eat more overall.

So the point, yes, there are nutrients in chicken drippings. Not eating it is a waste of calories and that waste is what makes people fat.
