Humor is subjective. Those shows you named rose to prominence due to their audience and the fact that that those in said audience actually liked the humor and understood it. That is not to say that being Jewish or having that background had anything to do with rising to critical acclaim. There are humorous perspectives from different cultures that are often targeted and tend to do well within their own spheres. At the end of the day however, what may be funny to one person (or group of people) is not funny to another. Those shows you named were considered "best" by individuals and even larger groups, but it shouldn't be confused with believing that such shows were well liked by everyone. It all depends on the person's taste.

    Greek humor is better

They aren't. No offence to Jews, but Irish humour, British humour and Australian Humour are far better. A lot of Jewish humour, like what you listed, is very slapstick and probably appeals to the wider audience who lack the sense of nuance to understand the more on-the-edge humour.

    Because humour thrives in adversity.

A lot of Jews are angry people and they say that a lot of successful comedy is sublimated anger, or sometimes not so sublimated,  as with Andrew Dice Clay for example

They know that religion is a lie and they exploit that fact.

==  You did not mention my favorite == Lewis Black.  Once he said that "there are people who believe that dinosaurs and men were on earth at the same time.  You cannot trust these people because they watch The Flintstones like it is a documentary."  (sic)
