Getting my Jamaican accent back?

I’m a Jamaican American since I was born and raised over here.  The thing is I speak with more of a Jamaican accent.  It has been brought to my attention I sound more American and lost my accent.  Another thing is I might get confused with being Trini (which is not a bad thing), but I want to be able to talk and folks realize that I’m a Jamaican. So I don’t know how to get it back.

Surely gradual influence will do it?  I micromanage my accent but there was one thing I didn't know about dialect difference and I now use the other form found in this part of my country rather than where I grew up unconsciously.
