If there is a drink driving collision but no injuries .. will there be a victim compensation in court or ill just pay court fees and fine?

Injuries are not the only form of damages.

IF there were medical bills (apparently not), emotional suffering (and medical reports as proof), loss of use of the vehicle, any other damages, yes, compensation will be ordered.

My Dad was killed by a drunk driver.  Thought maybe you'd like to know that.
