Whats the word for this?

I don’t know if there is a word for it but it’s the thing where a person or group of persons don’t outwardly say things to you that are rude/offensive or do things that are blatantly harmful to you, but rather act out small (the only word that comes to mind is) micro-aggressions for the purpose of slowly attacking your mental health and seeking the deterioration of your sanity. Constantly doing and saying things that have negative connotations and malicious intent, but aren’t outwardly offensive so it slips under the radar of everyone else but leaves you hurt and offended so that you have so much built up anger that eventually you just snap and let it all out but they have the ability to be looked on in a clean light because they were not being blatantly harmful to you. Idk if I explained it right but. Any of y’all get it?

Plastic is the term used to describe someone who acts nice to you but back-stabs you.

Nowadays it goes by the name of 'passive aggressive behaviour' (whatever your relationship is with them). Obviously you seem to have unconsciously pressed their insecurity button, and over time, they've made your life hell. Put simply, some people are angry & unhappy with their lives and will take it out on the more polite.
