when f ' is positive then the funtion f(x) is increasing

      for  [-2, -1]  and   [2, +infinity)  <<  these are increasing intervals

when f ' is negative the function is decreasing

for (-infinity, -2]  and [-1, 2] the function is decreasing

There is no gradation so estimating.....

    f'(x) is increasing for -3<x<-1.5 and 1<x<3

    f'(x) is decreasing for -1.5<x<1
