What accent of English is this?

Our linguistic lecturer asked us to guess (academically) in which accent the English passage is spoken. I m not an English native speaker, so could you help me a bit, please?

I think this sounds like British accent, but spoken by an Indian (or perhaps other nationalities?). I know Indians speak very good British English with a slight accent. Do you think I m correct?

I've got one good input already, but some more would be nice.

Thanks!

P.S. Just click on the link to hear it. No worries, no virus! It s the well-known vocaroo link I ve got from my lecturer. :-)

It sounds more like a Japanese lady speaking English.
