Wasn't sure if this constitutes as soliciting prostitution?
If I want to meet someone in a hotel room for casual sex, and I pay for the hotel room for us to spend the time in, does that make me a solicitor of prostitution? Even if I don't offer money for the sex itself, does the fact that money was spent on an environment in which to indulge count as such a thing? Thanks.

Depends on where you life and what the laws are there.
