Does Jesus' resurrection or the power of God (Rm 6:3-4) make us a Christian since our dead spirit needs QUICKENING by His power?

Update:

Our spirits are dead when we are born (Romans 5:12-14; I Corinthians 15:21-22) that need to be QUICKENED back to life (Ephesians 2:1) from His "POWER that comes upon us" (Acts 1:8) with Holy Spirit baptism (Acts 1:5) as we are "born again of the spirit" (John 3:5-7) and are "resurrected" (I Corinthians 15) "from our graves" (Ezekiel 37:12-14).

Is that what makes us true Christians because we have been made alive again and are born again of the spirit?

According to Scriptures what makes us a TRUE Christian?

1Jn 3:22  And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.1Jn 3:23  And this is his commandment, That we should 1) Believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ (FAITH), >>>>>>>>>>>>>>AND<<<<<<<<<<<<< 2) Love One Another (WORKS), as he gave us commandment.1Jn 3:24  And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

Those who are able to do those two things are TRUE Christians.
