THE wall clock implies a specific clock. Let me take a large synchronous electric clock. with a 0.2 m radius hand. The acceleration is w^2 r = (2*pi()/3600)^2 * 0.2 ~= 6.1 * 10 ^ -7 m/s^2. Any "escapement" clock moves in jerks and the acceleration is quite high each "tick" but there is insufficient information to know what that acceleration is.

Ideally, zero. If an object is moving at a constant velocity, then its acceleration is zero.

The minute hand has a constant angular velocity
i.e. 2π radians per hour
Note, the hour hand also has constant angular velocity
i.e. 2π radians per 12 hours
or, π/6 radians per hour
Often, time does appear to accelerate, but this is due to my age and perspective.

Is it moving at a constant angular velocity? Then it's just the centripetal acceleration.
