I have noticed about 20 very small black splinters in my hand today. I can’t take them out with tweezers. Will they naturally come out and if so how long will it take? I’ll leave a picture. Thank you!

Get a really small needle. A diabetic syringe is best, but a sewing needle will do. Wipe it with alcohol, then poke the needle into the side of the splinter (at a right angle.) Work the debris backwards toward the opening. You can probably leave the smallest wounds, but anything that's red or swollen should be removed.

Get an Exacto blade or a razor blade and stroke the splinters in the direction they went in,
