please evaluate my MRI results?
Diffusion weighted images of the brain demonstrate no evidence of
acute infarction. There is an approximately 5 mm nonenhancing cystic structure
in the right frontal periventricular white matter most likely representing an
enlarged perivascular space or neural glial cyst. There is no FLAIR
hyperintensity surrounding the structure. There is no evidence of acute
intracranial hemorrhage, extra-axial collection, mass effect, midline shift,
herniation or hydrocephalus. The ventricles, sulci and cisterns are age
appropriate. There is prominence of the retrocerebellar cistern likely a
congenital variant of normal anatomy. The signal intensities of the brain
parenchyma are within normal limits. The susceptibility weighted sequences
demonstrate no signal abnormality. There are no abnormal areas of contrast
enhancement. The major vascular flow voids are present. The visualized
paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. The surrounding soft tissues
and osseous structures are unremarkable.
NO EVIDENCE OF ACUTE INFARCTION, INTRACRANIAL HEMORRHAGE, ABNORMAL ENHANCEMENT,
MASS LESION OR HYDROCEPHALUS.
APPROXIMATELY 5 MM NONENHANCING CYSTIC STRUCTURE IN THE RIGHT FRONTAL
PERIVENTRICULAR WHITE MATTER MOST LIKELY REPRESENTING AN ENLARGED PERIVASCULAR
SPACE OR NEURAL GLIAL CYST.

What this all means is that there is nothing acute going on, but there is likely a cyst or an enlarged space around a blood vessel in the right front side of the brain. Right Frontal is an anatomical position, the term "perivascular" means "surounding a blood vessel" and a cyst is a "fluid filled lesion". cysts are typically benign (meaning not cancer.)
