Your question doesn't mean anything.
The stock market is a mechanism through which people can buy and sell shares of companies. The price of those shares is whatever the buyers and sellers can agree on. The market shutting down temporarily would be annoying to the people who want to trade that day, but it wouldn't affect the companies that are being traded.
