    You don't really get a job, as such. You get hired for individual books. If you're good enough and popular enough, you can do enough of them to make a living, though it's difficult to sustain over the long term.

    The place to start is probably ACX (Audible Content eXchange). It's an offshoot of Audible, and acts as a marketplace where people who hold the audio rights to books can find people to narrate them. They have videos and articles about the kinds of skills and equipment you'll need, and how to go about getting hired.
