How to change this door knob?
Anybody know how to change this style of door knob. It has no screws and no latch anywhere on it.

You pry off the inside plate.

Hard to explain. There is a little wire catch on the bottom where you cannot see it on one of the knobs. It is located where the knob goes into the cover plate that is against the door. You push up on the wire catch and pull the knob off. It usually takes a small screwdriver to press the wire catch. You might be able to do it with your finger nail if you are good at it. The cover plate on the other side should have a couple of screws on it that hold the assembly together.

Are you sure there are no fasteners? Maybe a tiny hex screw? The round disc has to come off on one side of the door.
Look closer and see if it is a snap in disc that is pressure released

First check if the rose (the part fixed on the door) can be pulled back or unclips. There are usually screws under one side or the other.
On the very old doors there is a hole that sometimes lines up with a screw if you turn the handle a bit, but they soon learned to make it clip on to hide all screws.

Check the knob on the other side of the door. You probably have to remove it first, then take the whole thing out.
