canada income tax?

if i give 10,000 dollars in a year to my wife who never worked and lives in india, do i report on my own income tax spousal yearly income as 10000 or 0? that 10000 is from my own income which i already report so im confused?

    spousal income refers to money your wife earns on her own (either by working or investing), not gifts she receives

    It's your income to do with what u want. She's your wife u give it to her. Nice. U claim two as your are married
