Today I found a lizard in my shower, pretty sure it came from my plants. Any advice or know what type of lizard, please help. ?

Looks like a common house gecko.   Many greenhouses purposely keep them because they make great pest control, but are fairly risilient to pesticides and fertilizers

Not a very good photo for an ID. On the basis of the head, I'm leaning toward Anolis. How about a geographic location to help us?

My guess is that it is a gecko. Geckos are the only kind that go inside houses regularly and many live inside houses. They can climb walls and most of them are nocturnal, so they are kind of drowsy during the day and more easy to catch.
