Has Seattle enacted any police reform since the protests?
There's a lot of news about CHOP. So they gave them a block, but what about any police reform?
I've only heard of Colorado getting rid of qualified immunity, and assuming maleficence if their body cams are off. A few states have defunded the police to reallocate those funds to community programs so that we need to rely on the police less in the first place. That's a good start but not enough, more need to follow Colorado's lead too.
What about Seattle? Have they enacted any meaningful policies? Is that news just being drowned out by CHOP?
