Is the Governments scaling back of virus regulations a cynical move to reduce the immigrant population as can be seen in Leicester?

Hopefully, it's high time something constructive was done, they get everywhere and cause trouble.

I just wondered if your Congress planned to kill part of the planet so that they can assure their seats who should be everybody s .

Well, there's a problem. The C-19 virus can't distinguish between immigrant and the indigenous population. But Cummings and Bozo are working on it.

They're looking for a C-19 strain that infects immigrants only. When they find it, they are going to try it in London.

Nothing to do with the government. The spike in Leicester is because idiots would rather congregate in mosques and pray to their fake god than observe social distancing.

No. For whatever reason, Leicester has become a virus hot-spot and needs stricter social distancing within its borders to help reduce the rate of infection.  I expect some of the holiday areas of the country will get similar spikes soon and need to be put back under special measures.  If has got to be controlled locally and that's hard when the government can't stop people driving hundreds of miles on a whim.
