Why isn't my clutch engaging?

Have a tdr125 when you put it in 1st it starts rolling slowly with the clutch fully pulled. And when you put it in gear when the bike is off when the clutch is pulled the bike doesn't roll. The cable is as tight as it can be, how do I know of the cable has stretched or if it's something internal like clutch plates or springs?

You can access the clutch lever (the other end of the cable from the handlebars) and you can operate that to discover which needs replacing, you might need a mole wrench to get leverage.

You do need to be sure the clutch cable is correctly routed first though.

If you do not press the clutch and just leave the bike alone in gear and the engine is off, the bike will not move doofus.  And if the bike is moving with the engine running, in first gear and the clutch pressed, the clutch needs adjustment.
