Apart from the ombudsman, who can help me with a problems with npower?

npower appear to be doing everything they can to stop me switching to a new supplier. Problems are too extensive to detail here, but here's an example: yesterday I had 2 phone calls from senior employees at npower, both of whom stated that the demand I received for £194.72 was generated automatically when I entered meter readings, and that there was no outstanding amount due until a final reading. A few hours later I received an email demand for £192.84 because "our records show there's an outstanding payment of £192.84 that wasn't made in time".
