What if anything has BLM actually achieved ?

The current 'black lives matter' activity has raised awareness of a sense of discrimination based on skin colour. Whether that sense of discrimination is justified, I am not in a position to say. The unequal representation of non-white people in senior management positions and in the penal system and in low paid jobs suggests there is a problem. The same could be said for whites from a poor family background. We need to establish where the problems lie and deal with them.
A negative effect of BLM is that the slogan itself is discriminatory. It would not be acceptable to say 'white lives matter', that would be called racist yet it is no different to 'Black Lives Matter'. Neither is useful to say. They just polarise opinion, which helps no one.
One thing the BLM movement has achieved is to prompt a reaction from the moronic nationalists and extreme right-wing goons whose only intent to make things worse for which ever groups they choose to hate or blame.
Although NOT part of the BLM movement, the related rioting and looting have shown black lives in a very bad light. That makes it easy for the non-thinkers to blame all non-whites and to harden their stereotypes.
Single-issue campaigns in a complex, inter-related world are never going to achieve adequate results until the implications and consequences of their aims can be integrated into the way we live without causing other problems. Before society can offer any meaningful answers, we have to be asking the right questions. I am not convinced we are asking the right questions yet, nor that we will like them when the questions are better defined.

If a legit organization, why have they done nothing to disassociate themselves from the rioters?

The Black Lies Matter hate group hasn’t achieved anything but make a fool of themselves and became a threat to Black People because their always shooting a Black People in their Riots Minnesota Riot is a fine example of their hypocrisy.

Awareness of racism. In England the English football (soccer) teams have BLACK LIVES MATTER on the back of their shirts and all players, coaches and officials take a knee before kick off.

By showing everyone why blacks people need to be put on a leash or in chains.to prevent riots and or criminal activity. We were foolish enough to let them have their freedom and we are paying the consequences.
