Maybe - maybe not.

A diet low in salt and high in sugar could result in sweet tasting semen.  If you search hard enough - you can even find diet tips on how to get better tasting semen.  (certain fresh fruits as suppose to make the semen taste better if you eat them often enough)

There is some small chance - VERY SMALL CHANCE - that it could also be related to diabetes.  The excess sugar in the body from diabetes could maybe cause that to happen.  If there are no other diabetic symptoms and the man is not already diabetic - I would just assume that it is related more to eating habits and not a medical problem.
