Any islands that are unclaimed by countries, and are able to be lived upon?

    Not really, no.

Pretty much all of Antarctica - including the islands off its coast - are unclaimed.  But you can't really "live on" any of them.

Everywhere else in the world, even islands that are far too small to live on are claimed by some country.

You could move right in and claim it yourself.  But typically they are all included in one territory or another, by one of the large countries, like Denmark, Britain or America.  I'm thinking mostly of those in the Pacific.
