Be patient. Celebrity detective Jessie Smollett is on the job.

In all honesty, did NASCAR actually ban nooses?

  • Someone on the driver's crew, more than likely.

    Or the driver himself.

Or somebody working at the track.

    Or somebody from NASCAR

    Or some random attendant

Who knows?  I would think that it'd be mighty difficult for most people to get any kind of access to places like that (at least not without somebody noticing), so the random person attending the race is probably not going to be able to sneak a noose past security, get to the one stall they need to go to, throw the noose in there and leave undetected.  It'd be much easier for someone on the driver's crew or someone from NASCAR, or someone working at the stadium to be able to do all of that with nobody spotting them.

And one must always keep the possibility open that the driver did it himself.  Susan Smith drowned her boys in her car and claimed that a black man had carjacked her and kidnapped her sons.  Casey Anthony, more likely than not, intentionally killed her daughter and claimed that a Mexican woman had kidnapped the girl.  Jussie Smollett claimed that he was beaten up by Trump supporters at 2am in Chicago.  People do horrible things all the time and they try and pin their bs on a "believable" suspect.
