If a 2005 Kia Spectra going 90mph crashes into a median on the freeway with no seatbelt, what happens to the driver?

A greater damage will be received by failing to use a seatbelt than under it's use.

Ideally he would be utilizing his seat belt and would under more protection from other safety equipment such as air bags by the use of a seat belt to be in full advantage of that protective equipment.  Instead of exiting threw the windshield head first into a concrete barrier.

If a driver of a car isn't wearing a seat belt and he crashes into the concrete median on the freeway at 90 mph, the driver is going to be very seriously injured or he's going to be killed.

He's going to be very seriously injured or killed even if he is wearing a seat belt and he crashes into a concrete median at that speed.

    Grassy median...maybe nothing.

    Head-on into solid/immovable median...death!

probably death if the airbag doesn't deploy. if it does it might break your neck since your head will be moving at a good rate of speed

Hopefully the airbag will deploy and the driver will be relatively OK.  It could be that the driver is thrown from the vehicle, lands in the middle of traffic, is hit several time, and then his own car lands on top of him.
