    Blackout curtains. Miniblinds in dark colors. Reflecting window film that sticks onto the glass. Awnings. Shutters.

    They make UV film, it lets light in but reduces UV and lumens for overly radiant window positions.

    Full on reflective boards if heat is a massive problem for that room.

    I find a thin, colored sheet or tissue paper can be used to light up the room in color, called a "gobo" in theater lighting.

    A longer term option is plant a tree in front.
