No small baby’s drink milk.... You need to buy a milk replacer for rabbits and feed with eye dropper or baby bottle for small mammals.
Adult rabbits can snack on but not eat or live on carrots. They are a treat and not a main food group. Only in stories and old wives tales do rabbits live on and love carrots. Bugs bunny also lives on them.

NO. That would be quite dangerous to feed -- whether a wild rabbit or a domestic rabbit.
Grass or dried grass (hay) is what they would eat.
How young is the rabbit and is it wild?
If it is wild, leave it alone. Mother rabbits stay away from the young all day. They only return to the nest for a few minutes twice per day to feed them.
Cottontails die almost 100% of the time when handfed by a human.
