How to break from weight plateau?

I am very frustrated.

I am at a weight plateau for the past 2 weeks and I don't know how to break from it.

I run a mile, spend 20 minutes for hiit, abs and lunges and run a mile again. 

What else do I have to do?

I am also a woman and go to the bathroom everyday. I eat within 1500 calories with a low carb and sugar diet. 

So far, I lost 8lbs in the last two months.
