AG Barr is the one who ordered that peaceful protesters be "cleared out" so Trump could take a 30 second photo. TWO QUESTIONS:?

1) Did Barr violate the first amendment rights of the peaceful protesters?

2) If he did, should he be prosecuted?

"... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

"AG Bill Barr PERSONALLY ordered protesters cleared out for Donald Trump's infamous photo-op"

He'll never be prosecuted. The right has lost its collective mind, and thinks tear-gassing priests and other peaceful protesters is what civilized nations do.

' The acting chief of the U.S. Park Police issued a statement Tuesday denying that tear gas was used – and claiming the decision to clear the park was precipitated by violence that has not been described in media reports.

'As many of the protestors became more combative, continued to throw projectiles, and attempted to grab officers' weapons, officers then employed the use of smoke canisters and pepper balls,' said acting chief Gregory T. Monahan in a statement.

'No tear gas was used by USPP officers or other assisting law enforcement partners to close the area at Lafayette Park,' he said.

The statement also claimed at 6:33 pm Monday 'violent protestors on H Street NW [across from the White House] began throwing projectiles including bricks, frozen water bottles and caustic liquids. Media reports and the D.C. mayor said the protest at the location was peaceful. '

Not all the protestors were peaceful.

If you are attacking police officers that is not usually covered by the First Amendment.

Nobody reported on ANY violence at that location. They tear-gassed PRIESTS.
