You have astigmatisms in both eyes.  The corrective powers are identical but the location on the surface of your eye of the distortion in the cornea is slightly different.  That prescription is for spectacles, contact lenses have a diameter measurement as well, and have slightly different corrective powers in the spherical measurement.

Nearsighted with a small about of astigmatism.

The first number is a measure of short or long-sightedness.  It's the theoretical focal length of a spherical lens that would correct your short or long-sightedness.  A negative number means long sight.  The second and third numbers are a measure of astigmatism.  The second number is the theoretical focal length of a cylindrical lens that would correct your astigmatism.  The third number is the amount the axis of the cylindrical lens needs to be rotated from the horizontal to correct your astigmatism.  Overall, the numbers suggest you need glasses for reading and using the computer.

If it's for you, it means you need glasses.
