What happens if a wizard cheats with a anti-cheating quill?

Would he/she have ink splashed on them? Would they be cursed? Would they have notes written on them telling them cheating is a folly?

If this happens in a story that YOU are writing, then what happens will be entirely up to YOU. That's the wonderful thing about magical fiction - YOU make up the rules.

The quill would spontanously combust causing a chain reaction that would destroy the world.

It's my belief it's like Veritaserum. It makes it physically impossible to cheat at all in the first place.
