Having it diagnosed by a doctor.   There are no signs of cancer that couldn't be signs of anything else.  How many times are you going to keep asking stupid questions like this so that you can post a moronic answer on your other account?

Most advanced lung cancers don't cause any symptoms until they need spread, but some people with early carcinoma do have symptoms. Most of those symptoms are more likely to be caused by something aside from carcinoma.

The most common symptoms of lung cancer are:

A cough that doesn't get away or gets worse

Rust-colored sputum or Coughing up blood

Chest pain that's often worse with deep breathing, coughing, or laughing

    Hoarseness

    Loss of appetite

    Unexplained weight loss

    Shortness of breath

    Feeling tired or weak

Infections like bronchitis and pneumonia that don’t get away or keep returning

    New onset of wheezing

If carcinoma spreads to other parts of the body, it's going to cause:

Bone pain (like pain within the back or hips)

Nervous system shifts from cancer spread to the brain

Headache, weakness of an arm or leg, balance problems, or dizziness.

Jaundice from cancer spread to the liver

Swelling of lymph nodes (collection of system cells) like those within the neck or above the collarbone.
