How can Derek Chauvin be the only officer arrested and not the other three officers when there is video evidence of murder?

Stephen Colbert made a joke that it took 4 days for Derek Chauvin to be arrested even though there is video evidence of him doing it.  That's like having the shortest episode of Law and Order ever.  Stephen also mentioned there are protests all over the world like in Berlin.  You know it's bad when Germany thinks we're racist, that's like Jamaica telling us to put down that bong.
