How does a WBO international title differ from a world title?

It has far less prestige. The sanctioning fees are way less. Holding it doesn't exclude you from being named mandatory by a different sanctioning body. You don't have to make mandatory defences. You can defend it against a wider pool of fighters. I think you can win and defend it in 10-round contests too. The drug testing is less strict. If you hold it you will be ranked in the top 10. There's a different inscription on the belt itself. If you fight a world champion you lose the belt.
That's all I can think of.
