The owners aren't stupid and the players are too greedy to go a year without a paycheck. They'll posture and whine for another week or so before grudgingly accepting the owner's offer.
The season will begin around the time MLB would have the All Star Game and they'll squeeze in around half a season and then have an expended playoff field.
Everyone involved in this mindless dispute knows that if this season is cancelled it will be a disaster for the league.
Personally, I'd prefer to see the season cancelled and every player making more than $1,000,000 a year executed. They're all overpaid scum.

No. They will just spend another week or so looking like greedy pigs, then they will figure out a way to play.
