    If she lives with you, you can ask her to leave.

    You can cut off or limit contact unless/until she seeks help to address her issues. 

    Encourage her to seek help/therapy/anger management for whatever her problems are. 

    Have a look at the family dynamic and see if there’s anything toxic about your own behaviour or the family environment that you could work on changing (not saying there necessarily is, but many abusive people learned or inherited their behaviour). It may be that family therapy is the answer.

    Cut her  out of your life ...
