Why do atheists say America isn't Christian nation like that's a good thing, when it would be objectively better if it was Christian?

Atheism and nihilism destroy civilizations and societies or Godlessness 😢

Jesus exists and is God.  A person can know these things with certainty by way of having true devotion to the Immaculate Heart of the Virgin Mary.

Powerful civilizations die out in roughly 200 years.  W. Bush is more efficient, in merely 8 years he tore down the greatest economy in the world, made vast unemployment, outsourced factories, ran up a huge National Debt, and required a Recovery Act from the next president  to keep companies from complete collapse.  Rome, by the way, was also a Christian nation.  Communist China uses slave labor to undercut US wages, and they hold notes on most of the debt of the US.

It would be a good thing if America was genuinely Christian, e.g. it had an economy where no interest was charged on loans, no legally binding contracts were possible, debts were written off after seven years, abortion on demand was legal and there was adequate provision for the poor, but that's not what most people, Christian and non-Christian, mean by a Christian nation, and some atheists, having been traumatised by spiritual abuse and a bad job at witnessing to the Christian message, understandably see Christianity as being entirely inimical to this and being more about homophobia, anti-abortionism, racial identity and the prosperity gospel, and if that's what they mean by a Christian nation, Christians too should want the US to remain as it is - a secular state.

Actually, the data begs to differ.  The more religious a nation is, the higher the rates of murder, theft, rape, abortions and STDs.  Religion is often a blight.  Consider now how religion is causing people to elect corrupt, anti-democratic, inhumane, illiterate, lawless presidents and call it good.  Nothing further needs to be said.

Since men created their gods across the world, there have been many wars of religions, murders in the name of their supposed ' god ' and nowadays, are discovered many rapes of little kids in the churches by the Christian priests**.

That is why atheists who refuse to be fooled by nonsense medieval stories, condemn religions. The same for the sects of course.

** Note: this exists since a very long time, however nowadays people / children dare to talk about this fact.

It's a secular nation. There is no official state religion.

They want to destroy a one great nation. Thankfully Trump is trying to make things right. He's sorting out the blacks. Next he will sort out the LGBT.

Really?  Yet countries that have a strong religious underpinning tend to be shitholes.  Most of South America, the Philippines, the PIGS countries in Europe, all strongly religious, all places you don't want to live.  England, the US, Australia and New Zealand, all first world countries and all with constitutions that separate state and church (that's a little convoluted when it comes to England, but the claim is still justified).
