Why does my depression seems to increase at night? In the daytime it is manageable than it is it at night.?

    I would recommend to put off wlan at night and take 50000 i.u. Vitamin D3, 1000mcg vitamin K2 and 500mg magnesium daily for 30 days. To activate receptors, take colostrum (ebay).

    Depression is a personal journey and people have different experiences with their black dog.  Some people may experience depression in cycles, for others it is 24/7 and for some people there are specific triggers/causes.  Look at your own situation and the patterns leading up to your depression becoming heavier.  Perhaps you need to consider changing your routine/making different choices for a different outcome.
