The Tesla Cybertruck with a mass of 3.0 x 10^3 kg, is powered across a across a level test track by 3 electric motors that produce a combined thrust of 27.8 kN for a distance of 59 m. Find the work done on the truck. Find the change in kinetic energy. Find the final kinetic energy of the truck if it starts from rest. Find the final speed of the truck if there is no friction.

    C) By Thrust (T) = ∆(mv)/∆t

    =>T = m x (∆v/∆t)

    =>T = ma

    =>a = T/m = (27.8 x 10^3)/(3 x 10^3)

    =>a = 9.27 m/s^2

    BY v^2 = u^2 + 2as

    =>v^2 = 0 + 2 x 9.27 x 59

    =>v = √1093.47

    =>v = 33.07 m/s

    A) by W = T x s

    =>W = 27.8 x 10^3 x 59

    =>W = 1.64 x 10^6 J

    B) By work energy relation

    =>W = ∆KE

    =>∆KE = 1.64 x 10^6 J
