Are these flowers fine together or do they clash?

They're for a Quinceañera

If you don't know what a quinceañera is, think of it as a wedding instead-- with the birthday girl as the bride and the damas as the bridesmaids

I don’t think they clash, but they don’t look like they come from the same “world”. Obviously you want the birthday girl to stand out, but I would add some of the colors (maybe the pink ones) to the Damas bouquets so they blend better with the main one.

From an artistic point of view, they clash.  However, what does the girl who's having the celebration like?  If she loves roses, go with that as they are delicate and perfect for the occasion.  The other arrangement is kind of more for a graduation corsage.
