You cannot marry on tourist visa.

Your application to adjust status will be denied and you will be ordered to exit the USA.  US Immigration can declare your entry as a tourist was fraudulent and ban you from ever returning to the USA.

That's visa fraud, which subjects you to deportation with permanent bar to reentry. If you intend to marry & remain in US, then your US-citizen fiancé must apply for your K-1 fiancé visa.

If you marry on a tourist visa, you MUST return to your own country immediately, and before your visa expires. Then your spouse can petition for your spouse visa. Spouse visas typically take longer than fiancé visas to process, and can take twice as long - up to about 2 years. IF approved, then you can reenter the US.

Violate any visa or immigration laws, and expect to be barred from US. You can apply for your US-spouse's immigration to your country.

You will thus become subject to deportation, never get green card or legally employable.

Then you eventually fall out of status, become deportable and will never be able to get your spouse sponsored permanent residency.
