Why is it fair that if a child that is born outside the United States, does not want to comply with US paternity, child custody and child support and respect her American father legal parental rights under US law, she must not visit the United States before age 18? Dual citizenship is a lie and a scam perpetrated on the real citizens of both countries.

Pick one or the other, or you're nothing but an opportunist.
