Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?
Before starting a picnic, or while looking for a place for that, would it make to say:
"Where should we INSTALL OURSELVES?"

Where shall we picnic?
Where shall we sit?
Where shall be spread our blanket"

It would work in French, but not in English. In English, to install isn't used for humans, nor for something as short as a picnick. Things you install are supposed to stay there for weeks , or decadesSource(s): dutch/NL

It's technically correct, but no-one wold say that nowadays,
Far more natural would be, "Where shall we sit?" or "Where shall we go?"
