Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?

Before starting a picnic, or while looking for a place for that, would it make to say:

"Where should we INSTALL OURSELVES?"

It would work in French, but not in English. In English, to install isn't used for humans, nor for something as short as a picnick. Things you install are supposed to stay there for weeks , or decades

It's technically correct, but no-one wold say that nowadays,

Far more natural would be, "Where shall we sit?" or "Where shall we go?"
